The Almost Grandma

This weekend, we celebrated my sister 21st birthday! Yup, That is right world! She is freaking old!! What is the deal?! 21 is border-line Grandma. I told her that all weekend. That’s what nice sisters do for birthdays. J But I thought this would be a perfect time to blog about my big seester.
Most would know that we are Best friends. That we look alike until you get to know us then we couldn’t look any less like each other. She is the quiet, smart, studious priorities straight, one of us. And I’m obviously none of those.
I looked up to her my whole life and wanted to be just like her my whole life. I tried to do everything like her until high school when I realized I could do my own thing but by then I’d already picked up a lot of the things she does. I just made them easier for me. She has just always had things planned out and prioritized. (Even though she is better at procrastinating than I am.) She keeps me on the straight and narrow. She has known what she wanted to be a teacher since she was 7. When we would play school she would always be the teacher and I’d be the student. I learned long division in 2nd grade. Too bad I didn’t remember. I think that is about where I got lost in math. She tried.
She is just the best. Really. I couldn’t ask for a better sister and I think everyone else is just jealous of me. That is why my 2 best friends are also best friends with her. Yeah, We’re awesome.
I never feel like I’m missing out hanging with my friends if I’m going to stay home and hang out with her instead.  She isn’t family. Well she is but she doesn’t always feel like it. I don’t know.
She is great. The end.
This is pretty general but I'm sure you'll hear more about her as the blogging continues....

  1. Aw thanks leetle seester! (Say that Nacho Libre style--beeg kees, beeg hug, little kees, little hug... Or something like that.) I'm glad you don't hate that I'm friends with your friends too. And that you don't hate me and all my nagging. :)
