Hello, Goodbye.

I had a great weekend home with the family for Thanksgiving. I missed Logan a lot though. I just feel more at home here. It's a vacation for me to go home and it's a hassle to pack and have to live out of bags and stuff. I love my family and my home but my apartment and Logan is my home. But it was fun to hang out with some old friends and see my family.

On Sunday, my day was crazy. I woke up early and went to one of my best friends farewells. Elder Jake Olsen. It was absolutely incredible. It was so nice to see the church side of him and to hear his story of why he decided to go on a mission and how much it meant to him. It was nice to see him so... vulnerable. I guess. He just laid it all out there and I loved it. I definitely cried. It was just so sweet to hear him talk about his mom the way he did. Then we sang Called To Serve. That song has never been a cry song for me. It has just been a fun song to sing. But we started singing
.."Called to Serve him heavenly King of Glory, chosen heir to witness for His name..."
I lost it. Just thinking about him out in the mission field in Australia, being a messenger of the Lord, representing his name, uniting families, teaching the truth. For two whole years. I had this overwhelming love for him, for giving up two years and doing this. He has come such a long way and I'm more than proud of him. I know he will truly be an incredible missionary and the people of Sydney are lucky to have him. Not to mention how lucky he is to get to go to Australia! I'll miss him. Saying goodbye was the worst thing ever. But he'll be back. I know. It's just hard. It's the right thing but it's not easy, for anyone. But I'm super excited to write him! I get to write a missionary guys!

So to Jake, You are an incredible person and I know that will only help on your mission. You will have amazing experiences in life and on your mission just because you chose to serve the Lord. He won't leave you alone. You'll convert those Aussie's, and make their families eternal. That is incredible. You are such a strong example to me and you have no idea. Just by you making the decision to go on a mission is a huge example to me. It tells me a lot. You're advice is always spot on and you never let me down. I'll miss that. It makes me sad that it takes 3 weeks for letters to get all the way to Australia. I don't even know what to say other then thank you. You have an amazing adventure ahead and I can't wait to hear about it. Thank you.

Anyway! Then, I went to a homecoming! So it's okay guys, they do come back. Here's the story. This lovely RM who will remain nameless to save him from embarrassment, was always kind of an awkward kid. He's great and very talented he's just awkward. This is how his talk starts, the first words out of his mouth to us in 2 years....
"For my exit interview with my mission president, he asked me what I wanted when I got back. I looked at him for a minute then said what I wanted was in the scriptures. I told him to open to 1 Nephi chapter 11. Nephi is speaking with the Spirit of the Lord and the Lord asks
"What desirest thou?" (11: 2)
Then later he gives the answer and this is my answer.
"A virgin most beautiful and fair above all other virgins" (11:15)"

yes people. That's right.
HE JUST SAID HE WANTED A VIRGIN!
Oh I was blown away.
Who does that?! Ahh... I was very frightened.
Great kid. Just an awful way to start or say...

Then I went to my ward and saw my brother get the Priesthood! It was so cool! He is officially a young man. With the Priesthood.
So cool. I'm proud of him. Way to go Jackson!

I'm Thankful for...

Church
As much as I would love Christmas to be here, It's still Thanksgiving time I think. (Even though I started listening to Christmas music today and we put up the tree.) So I'm finishing my Thankful posts. Just two more. This one is important. Without the Church in my life I would be completely lost. Honestly. It has taught me everything I've learned in life. It has also effected me more then anything or anyone. I feel completely blessed that I was born into this and lived it my whole life. The blessings it has given me are countless and I know that I will continue to receive those if I make the right decisions. So here are the things I am thankful for with the church.

Patriarchal Blessings
Lord's Guidance
Missionaries
Temples
Priesthood
Prayer
Pioneers
Atonement
Forgiveness
Inspiration
Eternity
Angels
Hymns
Prophets
General Conference
Testimony
Nursery
Young Woman Theme
Scriptures
Seminary
Temple Marriage
Bishops
Girls Camp
Leaders
Temple Square
Baptism

p.s. For all you haters out there who don't think there are any Thanksgiving songs. I found one.
Listen to it.

Highlights of Thanksgiving

This thanksgiving we went to both grandparents houses for dinner. We went to Grandma Gwen's house for what was supposed to just be appetizers but when you have that much mashed potatoes, I just had to have some. So we had a little bit there and then headed to Papa Joe's house for another dinner. So really it was just a lot of family and a lot of food. So here are some of the best moments of the day.

My dad decided to take the M&M's we got and launch them across the room at my uncle.
Taking pictures in the car window while we waited for my parents to come.
My uncle tweeted me right after we left saying how we were there for two hours and I never even said hi.
Somehow making it 48th south to 106th with 10 miles left of gas
Getting to sit next to Tucker at dinner and all the hilarious stuff he said.
First, his orange drink tasted funny so he made me take the ice out and put it in mine.
Then he needed a different drink. "Dump this out. I need Lemonade."
I gave him some ham and it had something gross on it and he opens his mouth and says, "What is in my mouth?"
Then, after feeding him some stuffing since his mom insists on them trying everything, He spits it out and and says, "What was that?! I never want to eat that again."
Then, while my great grandpa is telling stories about his past, Tucker leans over and tells me this story.
"Once I swallowed a pine needle when I was little. I turned blue. Mom called the hospital guys and they came. I threw up all over my dads shirts. Then I pooped it out."
He got really hyper and started tackling this giant panda.
Needless to say, I want to sit next to him every year.
Then of course I fell asleep on the couch...
We returned home finally.
Mal and I had girls night and tried a whole bunch of Pintrest facials.
The first was a Brown sugar and honey scrub. It was really sticky.
Then we did an olive oil and honey hot oil treatment on our hair. That crystallized in our hair.
Then we finished it off with a nutmeg, cinnamon, and honey mixture for our face. It looked like poop.
Then of course we had to watch a movie. So what do we choose?
yup. You betcha we watched the whole thing.

So I'd say thanksgiving was a big hit. My skin is way soft and my hair is super shiny and soft. And it smells like honey. Good or bad?

I'm Thankful for...

FAMILY

They are crazy. They are over protective. They are nosey. They are all over. They are chaotic. They are thoughtful. They are caring. They are supportive. They are sarcastic. They are worried. They are your safe place. They are the ones that will ALWAYS love you. They are the ones you will always love.
Everyone has a family. Everyone has used the excuse "You should meet my family." "You wouldn't think that if you met my family." Those kind of things. And it's true. You're family makes you who you are and who you're not.
We've all been annoyed with them. We've wanted to get away from them. We've wanted a break. But we all still go running back to them no matter what. So here are the people that make up my family.

Parents.
They are the best. I lucked out big time. My mom is just the best. She's even letting us have Wendy's for dinner tonight. Who's excited? I am.
My dad is the sweetest. He's always looking out for me and keeping an eye on me.

Brothers.
Andrew, Jackson and Spencer. They are getting so big I don't even know when that happened. Drew is 6'1. WHAT?! Jackson turns 12 tomorrow. Yeah. He'll pass the sacrament and have the priesthood and stuff. Spencer is still the little guy that is the same size as Jack but he loves me now and told me I smelled nice today. I love these kids so much. I love coming home and seeing them.

Sister(s).
Really it's just Mallory. Who is the greatest. I look up to her so much. She knows what she's doing and isn't going to let anyone change that. She is gorgeous and smart. Bonus. (And she's single. Let me know if you want her number. I'll decide if you get it. I'll decide.) But I listed Mal and Jenna as sisters. That's pretty self explanatory. I'm beginning to think that Deb Snake adopted Jenna from my mom and we really are sisters.

Fred.
My dog. He's family. He's also crippled, deaf and almost blind but I love him. We've been buds for 6 years. He's a great dog. And he's got slacks.

Finley and Tucker.
Oh my word. They are the absolute cutest kids in the world. Honestly. I don't know how you get cuter than they are. I often refer to them as my niece and nephew but they are definitely my cousins. They just could be. I love them to death and love seeing them when I come home.

Grandpa Jack
He was such a great example and an amazing man. I loved learning all about his amazing accomplishments when he passed away. I was blown away by how many things he did with the church and everything but then he still made sure he was always Grandpa. I'm the youngest granddaughter on that side so I got a little spoiled. He was the greatest. Man I miss him. I wrote a personal essay about him this year and bawled my eyes out. (Much to my embarrassment in front of Mike) I just miss his smiling face, his contagious positiveness  and his Donald Duck voices. He was a sweetie.

Cousins
On both sides. I'm the youngest on my Dads side and the oldest on my Moms side. So I love having both older cousins and little tykes. They are so funny and I love to be around them. It's like bringing friends to family parties. Good times.

Grandparents
I'm lucky enough to have 5.
Grandpa Jack and Grandma Gwen. Grandma Gwen is such a sweet lady. She is the typical Grandma. Treats, newspapers, jewelry, hugs and kisses. The whole package.
Then Grandpa Joe and Grandma Dixie who passed away almost 10 years ago. She was incredible. I miss her  happy disposition and her encouraging words. Her crafty style and all of her amazing talents. I can't believe it's been so long. I can't wait until I get to see her again someday. My grandpa remarried Ginny a few years after Grandma Dixie passed. How many people can say they went to their Grandpas wedding? Well I can. She is so nice and I'm so happy that she made it possible for Grandpa Joe to go on another mission.

Aunts and Uncles
Oh man. If I don't have the absolute funniest aunts and uncles in the world I'll be amazed. Goodness. They are hilarious! I love being one of the older kids that I get sit and listen to their conversations and everything. Oh man. I love them.

I'm Thankful for...

FRIENDS
We all have them. The friends that know you better than yourself. The ones you hang out with when you are hyper. The ones you can be yourself with. The high maintenance ones. The easy-going ones. The ones you can not see for 3 months then you do and it's like nothing has changed. The ones that make everyone laugh. The ditz. The spaz. The quiet one. The psycho one. The ones you wonder how you became friends anyway. There are all kinds of them but we all have them and they keep us all sane and crazy all at the same time. Here are a few of mine and what they are to me.

Jenna Sorensen  "The Roommate"
Mike Free "The boyfriend"
Jake Olsen "The good advice giver"
Jaron Fowers "The perfect example"
Britt Bushman "The cutest, nicest roommate"
Brie Allen " The all over the place roommate"
Bre Yamauchi "The hardworking roommate"
Jennifer Kitchen "The speak your mind roommate"

Lyndsey Daniels "The over achiever all over the place one"
Sarah James "The crazy jokester"
Kaydee Bair "The talkative strong one"
Dolci "My girls"
Brandon Regehr "The sassy brat"

Now we all have those things we love to do with these friends. Here's what made my list.

Pictures. Travel. Texting. Laughing. Memories. Jamming in the car. Concerts. Doing Nothing. Making Plans. High school. Watch funny
videos. Adventures. Be Hyper. Racquetball. Fires. Shopping. Life Chats. College. Move out. Art. Long Walks. Serious Conversation. Notes.

I'm thankful.

In the spirit of Thanksgiving we've been doing a lot of thinking about what I'm thankful for. So this week I decided I'm just going to a a blog post each day of a topic of what I'm grateful then list every little thing in that topic. I like this idea. I have never liked Thanksgiving before because I'm a picky eater but that is not what it's all about. It's about being thankful. I have more then enough to be thankful for. More than enough. So I would be selfish not to talk about it. Not to explain why I'm grateful for all the blessings in my life. So I'm doing it.

Our apartment changed out quote board into a Thankful board. It looks nice. This way everyone can see what we are thankful for. I like that.

For FHE we wrote own every little thing we are thankful for. Front and back. A full page. I love thinking about it  and coming up with so many little things I love and am grateful for. So from that list I'll come up with my topics and everything in that topic. Be excited.

Happy Thanksgiving.

I love Dads.

I love my dad actually.
He is always looking out for me.
He loves me no matter what.
He wants whats best for me.

Today we had a chat.
He's been telling me we needed to talk for weeks.
It was exactly what I needed to hear.
Exactly.
He is such a sweetheart.
He does his absolute best.
And it's more than enough.
He loves my mom.
He sets a perfect example.
He shows me what I want without even knowing it.
He trusts me.
He's taught me well.

I love him to death and am so blessed to have such a great dad like him. One who listens to the Spirit.
Who knows how to say just what he needs to say.
One who isn't biased or pushy.
He just knows. Dads just know you and understand.

He made me think and really figure out what I want. It's not going to be fun and not easy by any means.
I may lose something really close to me.
But I can tell you that I'm going to do the right thing.
As soon as I figure out for sure what that is.
I'm going to think about MY future and what I have always wanted in my life.
All of this thanks to my wonderful Dad.
I love you Dad.

Super Senior

I went home for the weekend for the first time in over a month. That is a long time people. It was weird. I didn't realize how much I missed it until I saw it. The lights, the huge amounts of stores and people compared to Logan,  my street, the lights at the country club, the familiar roads. I did miss it. Unfortunately, I went home but wasn't home much. I didn't get home until about 11 on Friday. Jackson was having a birthday party with his friends who slept over. That was fun. They were crazy. I got to sleep in my big bed and I loved second of it. mmm..

I got up early Saturday morning and went to breakfast with Jake since this is one of the last times I'll see him before he ships off to Australia. Well, the MTC first, but still. It was great to see him. He's so tall, looks the same, still super fly, but he's a lot taller then I remembered. We had nice chats, just caught up, ate some scones which he made me put honey butter on. That we made. It was delicious.

I returned home for a little bit then got a hold of Peter. I immediately went to house and was with him all night. Keep in mind I went over at about 1230. Yeah. I went to his voice recital that was in this gigantic house. It was out of control. Gate, courtyard, orchard, giant door, big foyer, just amazing. I loved it. Then his voice teacher sang this song he wrote to sing at his daughters weddings called "Daddy's Last Dance" and it was so cute. It was about a dad giving his daughter away. I almost cried. No joke. It was adorable and I want it.
We went back to his house and did some singing. His family is insanely musical and if you don't sing in his house then something is wrong. It was so fun. Then we went to BHS. That's right. My Alma Mater. Class of 2011. I went with Brighton High Schools Chamber Choir to Park City. On a bus, a school bus. It was crazy. It was amazing to see some people, like Sariah and Smith and Caitlin but then not as fun to see other people.
Like Tim and Sterling. They are still sooo immature. I was not impressed.

Anyway, I rode the bus up, reminisced about life and such and then got to freezing Park City. Brrrr... that is all I have to say.
However, it was so nice to go to a performance and not be stressed, over whelmed, frightened, stupid, and/or  like crying. I could just relax. I loved hearing the Christmas tunes and thinking about last year and how much fun it was. How much fun we had around Christmas and how much we got to know each other. It was one of my top 5 moments of Senior Year. Seriously. It was fun to see that.

But then to look at those Seniors, knowing how they were feeling- on the top of the world- but really they had no idea what was coming for them. They were clueless and had yet to experience the real world. They had it so easy but still complained about things like the temperature and singing the same 5 songs 3 times. Let me tell you guys, it's colder in Logan then Park City with more snow. You can deal. And I would give anything for the chance to sing in a choir like that again. Even if we sing the same song the whole time. The music is incredible and they didn't even realize.
It was also funny to watch them perform and see how easy it was all along to just smile and look like you are having a good time. And yet we struggled with that all year. Pathetic.

We returned on the bus and went to Training Table. mmm.. They need one of those in Logan. For sure.
Then we went to Mikes house where I finally saw Taylor, my fiance, not really but I call him that. It was fun to see him and know that he is doing well.

I went home at midnight. Yeah. That is a full 12 hours with Peter. Awesome.

So I returned to my high school and choir and I realized I was ready to leave. I was ready to move on to bigger and better things. I was ready even when I thought I'd never survive. I was ready.

Sorry you have rabies.

Yesterday was a day of a lot. Yes. That was my sentence and I'm leaving it like that.

Yesterday was a day of a lot.

Lets begin. I wake up at 7am to get signed up for my classes since Banner crashed when everyone tried to sign up at midnight. So after staying up until 2, I got up at 7. Good idea, I know. I got signed up for all of my classes except English 2010 but I can take that later. I'm taking a lot of classes that are potential major interests.

Masterpieces of Music
Psychology
Marriage/ Family & Child Development... or something like that. The mom classes really.

Then some others of course. Pilates. I'm excited for that.

Anyway, I proceed to get ready for school, go to Biology and review our test that I got 70% on. Not great. but better then I've done on any of the other ones. So we're getting somewhere. Then I made Jenna come to my Institutions class. On our way, I was telling her how I was going to fail the test in that class that day and she was hissing at me with a huge smile on her face. She had no idea she was doing it either. Hence the title..

Sorry you have rabies.

But that applies later as well.

So we go, I say that to her and she laughs, full voiced, in the echo space in the room, needless to say, it echoes, and I got comma happy just then, through the WHOLE room. It got awkward fast. Then we got hyper and took pictures. Jenna looked like Dobey. NBD. Then turns out I didn't fail my test. I got 80% on it. Who knew. Cool.

Then we decided to just hop on a bus and we'll get home eventually. We were right but it took us all over. To the hospital, through a field, all over. And Jenna and I got free hot chocolate and donuts from Institute. It was highly entertaining.

We get home, eat lunch then run some errands. These included buying Breaking Dawn tickets for midnight. Little did I know what I was getting myself into.. Then we went to Hobby Lobby. We go home but then had to go pick up my psycho roommate from work because guess what? She lost her keys. Again. Big surprise.
I went home and took a nap which included a dream where my sister came into my house and chatted for a little then killed all of us.
Turns out she really did come in and was talking and I heard it but in my delirium turned her into a vicious killer. Love you Mal. :)

I made Jenna come with me to Mike's indoor soccer game with me and we had some good times. Rachel was enjoying our crude humor. We had fun. I like her. She's nice.
Then we leave and I get a ticket for parking. whatever. Boo to Logan and their psycho ticket crap.

Then the real fun begins. We get ready to go to our movie. Go to Cafe Rio for dinner then go wait in line. Jenna and Kaydee disappear and leave me with psycho roommate who proceeded to try and jump into every strangers conversation around us. I was really embarrassed. We waited in line for a few hours then in the theater. This is when I get really annoyed. First, everyone leaves to go get treats and whatever. I stay to save out spots. Then since it's twilight there are all kinds of winners there including a mom and her two daughters.

"Are those spots taken?"
"Yes."
"Well are they here?"
"Yeah."
"Well where are they?"
"They went to the bathroom."
 rolls her eyes...

Then the awesome moms behind me start joking about her while her daughter sits right there and listens. It was hilarious. They were just looking out for me.
Then I get raged because if you didn't know, my biggest pet peeve in the entire world is people who chomp their food or crunch it or make spit sounds or just simply chew with their mouth open. There are very very few people that I can eat with without getting annoyed. And I mean like 3 or 4.
Now movies are not a good place for me because of this. Lets just saw popcorn and getting free refills was the worst idea anyone ever had. We sit in the theater for an hour and a half listening to people eat their popcorn like they were eating the beetles like in Lion King. There are 3 different types of popcorn eaters.
1. The Molester: grabs a huge handful of popcorn the buries their face in their hand as if they are eating it. Really it's just breaking into tiny pieces and falling everywhere. And they look like rabid dogs. Sorry you have rabies...
2. The One-at-a-Timer: Takes a handful of popcorn but puts one in their mouth with their other hand at a time but crunches the first bite as if it's too big for them to just put it in and close their mouth. No. One must crunch.
3. The annoying couple that sat next to me at the last second: This is only applicable to these two. They are on  a date. Together. They had been dating a while and were pretty comfortable with each other. So apparently this means she gets to throw her hand into the popcorn sack and do a combination of the above examples. Apparently she doesn't need to be lady-like and have manners because they've dated for a while and he doesn't care. I'm sorry. I've dated Mike for about a year and I would never even think about doing this. It's disgusting and I wanted to punch you. I'm sorry for that poor boy. Not only did you drag him to a Twilight movie, you ate like a barbarian the entire time! What a Hellian. I hope he broke up with her.

Needless to say, I was really annoyed at everyone eating, my roommate, the stupid mom, the replayed commercials, being ignored, and the fact that it felt like high school again. So when in doubt, I take a nap.
I passed out in the theater for about a half an hour. It was great.

The movie starts and it was just awkward and I'm embarrassed I saw it. It was so graphic. So bloody. So not cute. So not romantic. So not what I expected.

We left feeling way out of it. The movie was just a lot. It was no longer a cute, giddy girl movie but a blood and guts movie that made me never want to be pregnant. ever.
That is just frightening. ew.

I went to bed and woke up this morning, wore a dress. It's a blizzard outside. NBD.
But I'm going home for the weekend to hang out with Jakers! I can't wait.
Home again. Big bed, I'm excited to sleep with you tonight.

Yes.

Getting back on track for this Yes day Tuesday. This week I'm saying Yes to:

  • Getting a good grade on my Bio 1010 test tomorrow. That means I'm studying. Yes. I'm going to study, do the review, the study guide, everything. I will do well on this test and not fail this class.
  • Getting more than half on my Institutions test on Thursday. It can be done.
  • Getting sleep. Because 6 hours in 2 days is just not enough.
  • Babysitting with a good attitude. I'm lucky. I have a job.
  • Signing up for next semesters classes. How am I done with my first semester of college already?
  • Going home on Saturday to hang out with my next favorite missionary. I have to see him before he leaves. 3 weeks and counting. Good thing it takes 3 weeks for mail to get to Australia.
  • Being conscious about cleaning up after myself. I can do it.
  • Couponing.  Jenna and I are going to make it work. Grocery Shopping on a budget.
  • Coming up with a perfect date to make up for the year of dates Mike has taken me on. Any suggestions? ideas? anything? Help.
  • Getting started early on my Paper with a Point. Begin the outline now.
  • Only a two day week next week. Thanksgiving break here I come.

I'm going to leave it there. This is a good start. I feel good about this.

Go Moms!

So today, I got home from church after getting about 2 hours of sleep last night. don't even worry. I ate some lunch/breakfast and then took a look around me. It was disgusting. Our apartment was atrocious. I'm taking this time to apologize to everyone who had to witness this. It seriously might have been against the health code. So I decided I'll just clean it.
Little did I know what I had just gotten myself into.
I start washing the dishes.
Then we don't have any clean rags to dry them with because all of ours smelled like throw up. This is not a joke.
So Britt starts swinging them around the room trying to just fling the water off. It didn't work very well. So what did she resort to? Blow drying them. Yeah. We're college students. Whatever.
I literally washed about 30 pots and pans that had been sitting on our counters for weeks just collecting who knows what.
There was literally a pan with brownies in it that was from 3 weeks ago. 3 weeks!
Then I just switched into mom mode as Mike calls it and just cleaned everything.
I cleared off all the counters, table, chairs, the fridge and garbage.
We found some disgusting stuff which might explain why our apartment always smells so bad like;

  • a huge pile of crumbies. College crumbies
  • Strawberries that were growing and living in their own ecosystem
  • Potatoes that were growing new potatoes out of them. They are asexual now.
  • Leftovers from the first weeks of school. That was 3 months ago.

Needless to say it was disgusting.
Jenna and I washed the floor on our hands and knees. With Clorox wipes. That was fun.
We ran the dishwasher twice. Turns out we have too many dishes to fit in one cupboard. We've never known that because they've never all been clean at once.

Anyways, our apartment is clean now and smells human. I think. Maybe I'm used to it. But it's organized and looks nice! It's not stressing me out now. I like it.

I'm going to warn my roommates that if they can't keep it like this, there will be a death. Seriously. That is not happening again.
I'm not their mom and don't want to be because they are sluts. Boo.
Either way. I feel good and actually want to be around now.
The point is that being a mom has the potential to suck. You just clean up after every body else all the time. I did not enjoy my 4 hours of that today. Then one day I'm supposed to do it everyday for the rest of my life? Awesome. Moms are great. Really great.
We learned that life lesson while cleaning today.

Said Yes.

So I realize I didn't do a YES blog on Tuesday. This week has been crazy. It was supposed to be my chill week of nothing happening. No tests. No plans. That changed fast. So instead of doing things that I was going to say yes to. I'll just tell you what I did say yes to.

Sunday I said Yes to: Bearing my testimony, going to all of church, reading some conference talks- mostly Priesthood session from the Ensign. They were super super good. Why can't I go to Priesthood session? Also to ward prayer and watching Sweet Home Alabama- no not my all time favorite movie, a new tv show on CMT. It's  like the bachelor with zero budget and a lot of hicks and psycho girls. Looking for a laugh? Watch it.

Monday I said Yes to wearing leggings to school and all day. They were awfully comfy. They will be returning. To sitting outside the TSC with Mike for an hour just to people watch. It was super funny. He notices funny things. Then to giving a presentation in English about the importance of Music Education. I got 100%. Win. Then to going to the Mall, Wal Mart, Kohls and the DI. I got some super good cinnamon pretzels that I thought were going to be worth it but my bank sucks an basically charged my $64 for. Awesome. Then I got a boys shirt and tied it into a skirt. I'm wearing it tomorrow to church. Just you wait. Then I said yes to FHE and driving all over the place with Mike. It was so nice. He is just the best. I love just listening to music and chatting with him while he drives all over who knows where, with his knee.

Tuesday I said Yes to going to my classes without Jenna since she slept in again. Then to going to my bank to fix the $64 pretzel problem. (They've told me it was fixed 3 times. Still not fixed.) Then Jenna and I said yes to figuring out our schedule for next semester. I'm saying yes to, Math 1010, Englsih 2010, Spinning, Beginning Guitar, Humanities and I think that is all... Then Jenna and I said yes to selling some clothes to Platos Closet. We just downsized our closet for our dresser so why not? No. We barely sold anything to them. I sold them my boots that I paid almost 45 bucks for. Wore them twice. I got ten bucks for them. Stupid idiots. Then I said yes to finally getting paid from my job that I have to quit for next semester because of my classes. Then I said Yes to Mikes indoor soccer game. Way funny. Hanging out with Lynds. We rewrote a song to sing in church so it's not so high for her. Yeah. We are musical genius' then we had a really lovely chat for an hour or so about life and how I'm feeling about certain subjects that are turning into a big deal in my life and I don't know what to do about them... She is great though and such a great example. I love her to death.

Wednesday I said yes to going to class and being bored. I got out of babysitting again. Like always. And after that I can't even remember what we did so obviously it wasn't important. I think I may have mixed up my Tuesday and Wednesday schedule but either way I can't remember what I did one of the days. Nothing important. Other then it took me about 4 hours to write a pretty simple paper. An Annotated Bibliography actually. I hated it. We said yes to watching Pocahontas and being supremely annoyed with one of our roommates.

Thursday was such a fun day. My favorite this week actually. I went to Biology then skipped out on Institutions to take a Math Placement Test. I PASSED IT! guys. I passed a test! a math test too! I was really excited about it. Then Mike took me out to lunch. He's so nice. We went to Kneaders. It is so cute in there! I got a really yummy cinnamon roll. Good choice. Then Mike hit his head on the wall so hard. Yes. The wall. Then we decide to go to the DI. Then somehow we ended up buying super ugly outfits to wear on a date. He has white pants, a bright yellow shirt and a baby blue jacket. And I have a super nice "Carmen Sandiego" outfit. Keep a lookout for these pictures when the event occurs. He was being a spaz all afternoon and just being Mike. Pretty funny. A lot of people may be scarred for life. whatever. Then I showered and got ready for what turned out to be such a great night! All of my roommates got all dolled up and put our prom dresses on and headed out on the town. They were so embarrassed. Jenna and I loved it. It was normal for us. We went to Village inn and of course saw tons of people we know. Including Sarah and Steven who were on a date. That was fun. Then we went bowling! and I won! I got 106. That is right people. I broke 100. And we all looked like total babes so all the workers there were snapping pictures of us on their phones. We're that cool. This was the first night we had all hung out together! So fun. Then we drove by the Spectrum where everyone was camping out and we screamed. Really loud. At midnight. It was so funny, I got so freaking hyper. The sign said "Welcome to Hell" If that isn't inviting I don't know what is. Then we chatted about our boys. It was so fun! I love my roommates. Most of them...

Friday I said yes to only having to go to English at 1230. SO NICE. Then I babysat from 130-1045. That was fun. We went to the zoo and played at the park. The zoo here is so lame it's awesome. There is a trumpeter swan and he is hilarious. Then these birds with black fro's. It's hilarious. Then I got home and everyone was delirious so we watched Fired Up. It was pretty funny. Good times.

Saturday I've said yes to not going to the football game since it snowed and not going to Britts race because of the snow. Sorry Britt! I said yes to waking up at 1 and having 5 cookies for breakfast. yum. I don't know what I'm saying yes to tonight yet but right now we're going to get bundled up and walk around main street!
