Highlights of Thanksgiving

This thanksgiving we went to both grandparents houses for dinner. We went to Grandma Gwen's house for what was supposed to just be appetizers but when you have that much mashed potatoes, I just had to have some. So we had a little bit there and then headed to Papa Joe's house for another dinner. So really it was just a lot of family and a lot of food. So here are some of the best moments of the day.

My dad decided to take the M&M's we got and launch them across the room at my uncle.
Taking pictures in the car window while we waited for my parents to come.
My uncle tweeted me right after we left saying how we were there for two hours and I never even said hi.
Somehow making it 48th south to 106th with 10 miles left of gas
Getting to sit next to Tucker at dinner and all the hilarious stuff he said.
First, his orange drink tasted funny so he made me take the ice out and put it in mine.
Then he needed a different drink. "Dump this out. I need Lemonade."
I gave him some ham and it had something gross on it and he opens his mouth and says, "What is in my mouth?"
Then, after feeding him some stuffing since his mom insists on them trying everything, He spits it out and and says, "What was that?! I never want to eat that again."
Then, while my great grandpa is telling stories about his past, Tucker leans over and tells me this story.
"Once I swallowed a pine needle when I was little. I turned blue. Mom called the hospital guys and they came. I threw up all over my dads shirts. Then I pooped it out."
He got really hyper and started tackling this giant panda.
Needless to say, I want to sit next to him every year.
Then of course I fell asleep on the couch...
We returned home finally.
Mal and I had girls night and tried a whole bunch of Pintrest facials.
The first was a Brown sugar and honey scrub. It was really sticky.
Then we did an olive oil and honey hot oil treatment on our hair. That crystallized in our hair.
Then we finished it off with a nutmeg, cinnamon, and honey mixture for our face. It looked like poop.
Then of course we had to watch a movie. So what do we choose?
yup. You betcha we watched the whole thing.

So I'd say thanksgiving was a big hit. My skin is way soft and my hair is super shiny and soft. And it smells like honey. Good or bad?
